Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Non-Airworthy Notice
All products sold by DP COMPONENTS, whether NEW, NOS, SERVICEABLE, USED, or CORE, are not certified as airworthy and not approved for installation on any certified aircraft intended for flight.

These products are offered solely for non-operational purposes, including static display, museum exhibition, educational training, simulator integration, experimental or collection use.
2. Intended Use Limitation
By purchasing any item from DP COMPONENTS, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the item(s) will be used only in non-flying applications and will not be installed on aircraft intended for flight or any system operating under civil aviation authority oversight.
3. No Regulatory Approval or Association
Products sold by DP COMPONENTS are independently designed and manufactured and are not certified, approved, endorsed, or associated with any aviation authority or original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Any reference to aircraft types, models, or trademarks (e.g., “Cessna 172”, “Boeing 737”) is provided for identification only and does not imply approval or association.
4. Description and Liability
DP COMPONENTS makes every reasonable effort to describe items accurately. Descriptions and images are for identification purposes only.
The maximum liability of DP COMPONENTS for any claim related to a purchase shall be limited to the original purchase price and applicable shipping costs, in accordance with our return policy.
5. Buyer’s Acknowledgement
By purchasing, the buyer confirms that they:
• have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• acknowledge that the product(s) are non-airworthy and not intended for flight use;
• accept full responsibility for the handling, integration, and use of the product(s) in accordance with the stated purpose.
6 Compliance With FAA Advisory Circular AC 21-29D (Articles, Materials, and Parts)
DP COMPONENTS sells and distributes all products strictly in accordance with the principles and allowances set forth in FAA Advisory Circular AC 21-29D, “Detecting and Reporting Suspected Unapproved Parts.”
All items offered for sale are clearly identified, advertised, and sold as non-approved, non-airworthy articles intended solely for the non-operational uses expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions. No product is represented as approved, airworthy, eligible for installation, or suitable for use on any aircraft or aircraft system intended for flight under FAA, EASA, or any other civil aviation authority oversight.
DP COMPONENTS does not misrepresent, conceal, or imply approval status, traceability, certification, or conformity. Responsibility for determining regulatory applicability, approval requirements, and lawful use of any product rests solely with the buyer.
The buyer acknowledges that the sale of such non-approved articles for non-aviation, educational, display, experimental, or collection purposes is permissible under applicable guidance, including AC 21-29D, provided that no representation of approval or airworthiness is made or implied.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any and all disputes, claims, legal actions, or proceedings of any kind arising out of or in connection with the purchase, sale, possession, use, or resale of any product sold by DP COMPONENTS—including but not limited to claims relating to liability, damages, misrepresentation, product use, or compliance—shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Czech Republic, as applicable within the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The buyer expressly agrees that any legal action, lawsuit, arbitration, or court proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Czech Republic, and the buyer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS – IMPORT TARIFFS & FEES
All orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. import tariffs and carrier handling fees.
These charges are NOT included in the eBay item price, shipping cost, or checkout total.
• These fees are imposed and collected by U.S. Customs and the carrier (e.g. UPS)
• They are completely independent of DP COMPONENTS and eBay
• We do not receive, control, calculate, or collect these fees
How the import fees are calculated:
• 15% import tariff calculated from the listed eBay item price
• + $14 USD UPS handling fee
These fees are calculated individually for every package by U.S. Customs once the shipment enters the United States.
Payment method notice:
UPS charges higher fees when payment is made directly to the delivery driver.
Paying through UPS’s official billing or online payment system is always cheaper.
Additional disclosure:
• There is no mechanism for us to prepay, include, reduce, or absorb these charges
• These fees are legally assessed by U.S. Customs, not by the seller
• eBay automatically displays a warning banner to U.S. buyers during checkout regarding possible import duties and tariffs
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and carrier fees required by their country.

❗ IMPORTANT – REFUSED SHIPMENTS / NO REFUND POLICY
Buyers who refuse delivery, fail to collect the package, or refuse to pay required import or tariff fees (especially U.S. customers) are NOT eligible for a refund.
Once a shipment is refused, the importing country’s customs authority requires the package to be seized and disposed of. The item cannot be returned to us, and no refund can be issued under any circumstances.
By purchasing, the buyer accepts this condition in full.
