In addition to traditional sheet-metal fabrication, we also utilize modern 3D-printing technologies for non-structural and prototype aircraft components. Additive manufacturing allows us to quickly develop custom housings, fairings, brackets, tooling aids, and cockpit accessories with high dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Using durable engineering plastics and composite-reinforced filaments, we can refine form and fit before moving to final metal fabrication — saving builders time and cost.
